The waterproof PU underside got tested when we set up on damp grass after a morning shower — stayed completely dry. The blanket itself is light enough to sling over my shoulder on the walk to the park, but it doesn’t slide around once you anchor the corners.

The soft nylon surface feels much nicer than the scratchy blankets I've used before, and it stays put even on a windy day at the park.

The waterproof PU underside actually works — sat on damp grass for two hours and stayed completely dry. The nylon top wipes clean easily too, which matters with a toddler around.
