Wore this through a full day of drizzle and stayed completely dry underneath. The shorter cut hits right at the hip, so it doesn't drag when I'm biking, and the belt keeps it from flapping in the wind.

The belt actually cinches at the waist instead of just hanging there, which makes this raincoat look far less boxy than my old one. Wore it through a windy downpour and stayed completely dry underneath.

It pours here almost daily and this shorter cut keeps me dry without that heavy, swishy feeling longer coats have. The water just beads right off the fabric and the wind doesn't cut through at all. Only wish the belt loops were a bit sturdier, but the cinched waist it gives is exactly what I wanted.
